Exchange or Return of Goods
At shobkichu.com.bd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned- that’s why we offer a flexible exchange and return policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
We offer free exchange or return in case of defective, wrong, or damaged products received. For all other return requests, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
Please note:
- Software, digital items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Return approval is subject to inspection by our quality control team.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
